Invitation to Vendors

The Teulon Rodeo Club would like to extend an invitation to vendors who might be interested in marketing their wares at our two day event. Please see information and application form below.

2019 Teulon Rodeo Application Rules & Regulations

Applications must be submitted before June 15, 2019

Saturday, August 24 – 10:00AM – 6:00PM
Sunday, August 25 – 10:00AM – 5:00PM
Located in Teulon at the Green Acres Park

All vendors agree to follow these regulations which govern their participation in the rodeo.

  1. Vehicles must be unloaded and removed from the setup location, a half hour before the opening of the vendors each day. Setup times for all days is 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (vehicles must be out of the vendor area by 9:30 AM)
  2. Set up is on a first come first serve basis in the allocated vendor section.
  3. The rodeo provides no booth or sun cover. Vendor booths are not to be taken down before 5:00 PM on August 25 and 26. Vendors may stay later if they wish.
  4. All booths must be cleared away each night. Vehicles are not allowed in the vendor areas until after take down each night.
  5. NO overnight camping is allowed at the vendor location.
  6. You must provide tables, chairs, canopy, etc. No racks or tables outside of space provided. Vendor’s goods must remain completely within their chosen 12′ x 12′ space. If you want more space, book two booths.
  7. Be aware no security is provided.
  8. The Teulon Rodeo Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.
  9. The Teulon Rodeo is an outdoor event, which can be affected by weather. The rodeo committee cannot guarantee crowd size or profit.
  10. There will be no subletting of space.
  11. No drug paraphernalia or weapons shall be sold or displayed.
  12. Any vendors who have not paid in full by June 30 will not be allowed to set-up.
  13. Any vendors showing up uninvited will be asked to leave.
  14. Please keep your area clean.
  15. Food vendors must provide a copy of their license/certificate where applicable with application form.

I have read the rules and regulations of the Teulon Rodeo Club and agree to abide by them. I understand that failure to do so could result in being asked to leave the rodeo, and being refused a refund and entry into future Teulon Rodeos.

By submitting this application you agree to the rules and regulations governing all vendors.


PLEASE SUBMIT APPLICATION for review and acceptance by The Teulon Rodeo Club. You will be informed of the acceptance or rejection of your application by June 30. If your application is accepted the director will contact you with the confirmation and then you will be asked to mail your check to the address below. Written confirmation will be submitted upon receipt of payment.

Refunds will not be made after June 30 if you are unable to attend after your application and payment has been received. Under special circumstances (i.e. medical or compassionate), you may submit a written request to the Teulon Rodeo Club with an explanation for your non-attendance. If the reason is deemed valid, the rodeo executive will consider holding over your fee to the following year. In exceptional cases, where carry-forward is not possible, the committee will consider refunding a portion of the fee not exceeding 50%. The Teulon Rodeo Club retains the right to refuse any application.
